Turkey meal

Turkey meal is obtained from the cooking, dehydrating and milling of slaughterhouse and cutting-plant products from turkeys fit for human consumption, from which some of the fat is usually extracted.

The manufacturing process involves grinding to ensure homogeneous thermal processing, cooking to sterilise the product, and removing part of the fat prior to milling.
